headspace funding for youth mental health

headspace will receive an additional $47 million to support the mental wellbeing of young Australians. Funding will be used to deliver the Young Ambassadors for Mental Health project including eight young people with a lived experience of mental health issues. They will engage with the public through a travelling roadshow, a youth summit, regional youth forums and online activities. Funding will also continue to support and build the quality of the network of 108 headspace centres.
