Update to HNECC Standard Terms and Conditions for Services Contract

In response to changing legal requirements and internal process improvements we have made some changes to our Standard Terms and Conditions for Services Contract.

The revised Terms and Conditions will come into effect from Friday 1st May 2020.

Notwithstanding the obvious grammatical and cosmetic changes, we have updated specific terms regarding payment, termination, clinical records, secure messaging delivery and eReferral.
